Thus far in my career, I have had opportunities to communicate with diverse audiences through various writing styles, formats, and platforms.
Visible Body (EdTech), Internal Marketing Coordinator

In my most recent position I was the Product Owner and Internal Marketing and Communications Coordinator in charge of managing the company’s Help Center Support Site. During my time at Visible Body I was responsible for managing and updating articles/ all digital media content on the site. I collaborated daily with my fellow marketing team members and other cross-functional teams for B2B and B2C marketing content strategy, creation, design, and QA. My main objectives were to improve user friendliness, accessibility, and streamline the Help Center for anyone going to their site seeking additional help and info. I did so by organizing, upkeep, redesigning layouts, maintaining one tone of voice, and keeping all audiences in mind.

During college I was working part-time as an intern for a local nonprofit organization aiding in a collegiate summer baseball team part of the NECBL. As their Social Media Intern, I was responsible for managing their website, social media accounts, and writing feature articles.
